Quilted Vinyl Purse/Handbag

This is the easiest way that I have found to create quilted vinyl at home. It used to take me 2 hours to do this but now I have it down to 40 minutes. Enjoy!

Who doesn't LOVE quilted vinyl!?!?!? It's my new favorite thing that I have learned. You can easily transform your handbag to give it texture and a more professional look. Add a Tassel and it's a party!!
